1. Pre-Evaluation Requirement
All clients must complete a required intake form (medical evaluation form) prior to applying for financing. This step is mandatory to determine eligibility for our treatments or services.

2. Eligibility Criteria
Financing approval through Cherry does not guarantee medical or service eligibility. Clients must be approved both:

•Clinically by our team, and
•Financially by Cherry

Only clients who meet both criteria may proceed.

3. Application Process
Once a client has completed the intake form and has been approved by our team, they will receive access to apply for financing through Cherry. The application process is quick and typically takes about 60 seconds.

4. Credit Check
Cherry performs a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score. Approval and available payment plans are determined solely by Cherry.

5. Payment Plans
Cherry offers flexible monthly payment options based on individual approval. Terms, interest rates, and payment schedules are set and managed directly by Cherry.

6. Order Processing
If the client is approved by both Cherry and our clinical team, we will proceed with processing the order and provide the next steps, which may include confirmation, shipping, or scheduling.

7. Non-Transferability
Financing approvals are non-transferable and can only be used by the approved individual for the specified service or treatment.

8. Changes & Cancellations
Any changes, cancellations, or refunds will be subject to our standard store policies. Financing agreements remain between the client and Cherry, and clients are responsible for complying with Cherry’s terms.

9. Disclaimer
By choosing to finance through Cherry, you acknowledge that:

•Approval is not guaranteed
•Financing is subject to Cherry’s terms and conditions
•Our business is not responsible for financing decisions made by Cherry
